VALUE-ADD ACQUISITION
Acquisition and full repositioning of residential building in Madrid's Salamanca district, the city's premier residential neighbourhood. Comprehensive refurbishment of the facade, interiors and common areas was paired with an increase in unit count and introduction of flexible short-and long-term rental model operated in-house.

Conversion of historic office building into an ultra-luxury hotel in the heart of Madrid, adjacent to Recoletos, Salamanca, and Retiro Park. The building enjoys a ~2,000 sqm private garden and some of the most emblematic views of the Spanish capital.
VALUE-ADD ACQUISITION
Acquisition and repositioning of landmark operating hotel with heritage architecture, an iconic rooftop terrace, and outstanding location.
GROUND-UP DEVELOPMENT
A 9-km coastline, 1,200-hectare sustainable low-density development on Mexico's Pacific coast, anchored by an all-suite Six Senses hotel with 51 keys and 30+ branded residences.
